MOUNT SAC HEART cancelled all games today 5-12.
ST HELENA'S HAS CANCELLED ALL GAMES AT THEIR FIELD ON 5-12 Saturday.

ALL OTHER FIELDS ST MARKS, ST PIUS, ST THOMAS MORE AND ZONE 3 games are going to be played!

Please pass on to all coaches ASAP.

The following is the change to the 4 inning rule as voted on at tonight's zone meeting. This updated rule will be in effect this weekend's games.

Three innings is considered a complete game (4 innings for Cubs) with time limits in effect. Player
participation rules are still in effect. Players must play two consecutive innings. If a game only lasts three
innings, players must play at least one inning. In the following game, this player or players must start the game on defense and play two consecutive innings.

Maximun innings in a game is 5 (6 at cub level). 10 run rule is in effect after 2.5 or 3 innings.

If the game goes 4 innings everyone must play 2 consecutive innings. (No exceptions)

NO GAMES ON MOTHERS DAY.

February Zone meeting will be held at St Marks same date and time. March meeting will be at St Helena's
Same date and time. They are just switching months.

Line- ups for your basketball game must be turned in to the scorekeeper 15 minutes before game time.
If you do not get them in at least 10 minutes before game time your team will start the game with a techinal foul, and also lose the first procession. This policy was passed by e full Zone at he Zone meeting
In January. So make you up a Line-up with all your players listed and turn it in at least 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. You can always make changes before the game starts. Do not forget to mark the players absent who are not there to start the game.

Coach's Attending Games.                        

If you are not coaching a game in a Gym you cannot use your Badge to get in free. You must be coaching a game in that Gym to get in free. This is Zone Policy and must be adhered to especially in Basketball!

Rule for sitting on Bench in Basketball.                        

You must remain sitting during the game at all times, exception you may stand to give instructions to your team, then you must sit back down. this rule passed by the Zone in 2005 for the 2006-07 season.

August meeting: August 16, will be held At Blessed Sacrament @ 7:00 pm

September meeting: will be held September 20 th. at Holy Spirit @ 7:00 pm

October meeting will be held October 18th at Mount Sacred Heart @ 7:00 PM

November's Zone Meeting will be held November 15th at OUR LADY OF GRACE at 7:00 PM

December, their will not be a meeting.
